Our guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on WunderPaint Pro and on paid extensions. If the product does not work out for you, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your payment in full.

How refunds are processed

Paid licenses are sold through Freemius, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are handled by Freemius. You can request a refund directly from your Freemius purchase-confirmation email, or by contacting us at info@tbitdesign.com and we will arrange it.

The free plugin

The core WunderPaint plugin is free, so there is nothing to refund.

EU right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen days. For digital products that are delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree to that immediate delivery and to acknowledge that the statutory right ends once delivery has begun. That is standard for downloadable software, and here it costs you nothing: our own money-back guarantee runs for thirty days, which is longer than the statutory period, and it applies either way.
