The reason so many reports look bolted together is that the charts came out of a different program with a different personality: another typeface, another gray, a color palette from a decade ago. The information is fine, the object looks imported.

Chart & Table takes data, including a straight paste from Excel or Google Sheets, and builds the chart or table as layers in your document. Which means it inherits your typeface, your accent color, your hairline gray, and reads as part of the design rather than a screenshot of a different application.

Because the result is layers, styling is ordinary editing. Change the bar color, restyle the labels, drop a shadow behind the whole thing, put it on your brand background. And the data stays editable too, so a corrected number is a correction rather than a rebuild.

One piece of advice that has nothing to do with the tool: write the finding into the title. Monthly revenue 2026 tells the reader what they are looking at. Revenue doubled after the March relaunch tells them what they are supposed to see.
