Chemistry is full of shapes worth showing off, and most tools flatten them into a diagram. 3D Molecule Studio builds the real thing: a genuine three-dimensional molecule you can spin, style and drop straight into your design.

Reach for it three ways. Pick from a curated library that runs from water, caffeine and glucose to a buckyball, a DNA double helix and a sheet of graphene. Tap the periodic table for a single labelled atom, an element card, or the whole table as a poster. Or type a SMILES string or a plain formula and watch a local generator fold it into three dimensions – no server, nothing leaving your browser.

However it starts, it renders like a studio shot: ball-and-stick, space-filling or wireframe, with true CPK element colours you can override, premium matte-to-neon materials, studio lighting and any background you like. Recolour any atom, switch on labels, and measure a bond length or angle with a click.

Then make it yours. Every molecule lands as a re-editable layer with its own editable text caption – font, alignment and colour included. Import exact MOL, SDF or PDB geometry when you need real coordinates, and export a smooth 360-degree spin as a video. It sits on top of the free WunderPaint and does all of its work right in the browser.

No. The library, the SMILES 3D generator and file import all run locally in your browser – nothing is uploaded.
Yes. It lands as a re-editable layer; reopen the studio to change it, and the caption is a normal, editable text layer.
MOL, SDF (V2000) and PDB. Bonds come from the file, or are inferred from atomic distances when it lists none.
