Pick a main image, then load tile photos from your media library – wedding guests, team shots, a whole yearbook folder; eight is the minimum, hundreds are welcome and smooth.

The pipeline is the textbook one, not the shortcut: every grid cell is matched against the internal structure of the candidate tiles, so contours emerge from the photos themselves; a repeat lock keeps neighbors varied; and the color-match slider shifts each placed photo’s own pixels toward the target tone – a per-channel adjustment that keeps every photo fully recognizable. At zero, you get pure tile matching; there is never a cheating translucent overlay.

Columns scale from 24 for a chunky look to 72 for poster detail, the preview renders progressively and stays responsive even with huge sets, and the result inserts as an editable layer that reopens with all settings.
